Joshua: Trusting God for What Lies Ahead is an 8-week study on the faith journeys of Joshua. The book of Joshua starts with a huge change – the death of the leader of the Israelites, Moses. With that change comes a flurry of questions such as: “Can God still be trusted to help when there is a change in the nation’s leadership? What will happen now? What will happen next? What lies ahead?” For the uncertain future, they were about to face, God gave Joshua and the nation of Israel a promise that would defeat their fears and cause their faith to soar. It is the same promise God gives us today when we face uncertain times.
