Kids Ministry
Our Kids Ministry provides a fun, safe, & age-appropriate environment for kids (Infant – 5th Grade) to learn about Jesus.
You will tend to the needs of our infants by rocking, playing, feeding and changing diapers. You will be helping families grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ by providing a safe, dependable and fun childcare.

First Impressions Team
First impressions begin in the parking lot. Everyone who steps onto our campus is greeted with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
You will greet guests and guide them to the various ministry locations on our campus. Once there you will connect them with the leaders in the area. Families will feel welcomed and know that they matter to Northcliffe.

You will watch the guest parking spaces and welcome each new guest. You will be available to help give them directions on their first visit to Northcliffe.

As an Outdoor Greeter you will welcome every person as they enter the Northcliffe Church property. You set the stage for every encounter that a person will have at Northcliffe. You will provide a warm and inviting first impression that will make them feel glad they came.

You will be responsible for directing camera operators in services and online. No experience necessary. We will train you. Because of you, those who are unable to join us in person can still worship God.

Operate the lights for our service in the main auditorium along with matching the colored backgrounds and the videos. You will help leverage creativity to create worship services that connect all who attend.

Outreach & Missions
Northcliffe believes in being mission focused whether on campus, in the community, or in the field.
In John 21:17 Jesus tells Peter to “feed my sheep.” In essence, Jesus is commanding Peter to “take good care of the people I put in your path.” Our goal at the Love In Action food kitchen is to take care of all who come, providing food for the body and showing the love of Jesus in our smiles, speech, and actions. Thursday afternoons.

We hope to serve in two ways to our first responders. 1) Law Enforcement Chaplain program, ministering to those who serve us. 2) Provide 100 First Responder Backpacks over the next 3 years. Your assistance will help others move toward a relationship with Jesus Christ by being loved and appreciated.

Northcliffe is seeking to take intentional and strategic steps in serving our local teachers and schools. We hope to provide supplies and resources along with showing appreciation to our teachers. Many areas don’t have the resources to take care of those who need help the most. Through your sponsorship, a child will receive food, clothing and an education they would otherwise have to do without. You will encourage and lift up a child by showing God’s love through your sponsorship.

Facilities Ministry
Our campus is very large and is in constant need of upkeep. There are several areas where you can help our facilities team.
You will be helping to provide a neat and well-kept campus for people to feel welcomed by helping our facility team painting of buildings or rooms as needed. Your work will help provide a welcoming and inviting atmosphere at Northcliffe for all who come.

You will be helping our facility manager with overall repairs or maintenance of our buildings as needed (changing out lightbulbs, air filters, etc.) Our campus is very large and we only have 2 guys to clean and maintain it. Small Groups
Lead a group of believers in Small Groups to grow closer to Christ.
As a small group leader you will be responsible for leading a group conversation through scripture or a specific topic of study in a home group. You can be the Leader and Host. As a leader you will help people move into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
