What is Baptism?

Baptism is a public declaration of faith, an outward expression of an inward decision to follow Jesus. Baptism follows a personal decision to trust Jesus, not a family tradition or milestone. The Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 6:3-5 that baptism testifies to the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Your baptism will be a testimony that Jesus is your Savior and the new leader of your life.

“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ.” Acts 2:38
