Meet the Ministry Staff
Jeff Dye
Jeff Dye serves as the Lead Pastor of Northcliffe Church. In this role, he shepherds the church by preaching and teaching God’s Word, casting vision, developing leaders, and equipping the church to love God personally, live life purposefully, and serve others passionately. Jeff served in student ministry for 17 years — including 11 years at Northcliffe — before becoming Lead Pastor in 2018. He holds a Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Karen, have three children.
Jeff was baptized at seven but later recognized he hadn’t yet surrendered his life to Christ. At 17, during summer camp, he placed his faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior and followed in believer’s baptism. Outside of ministry, Jeff enjoys playing golf and softball, watching sports, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
Jonathan King
Jonathan King serves as the Executive Pastor at Northcliffe Church. He oversees the church’s finances, facilities, and human resources, helping lead the operations and administration that support the mission of the church. Jonathan brings over 20 years of pastoral experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and a Master of Divinity. He sensed God’s call to ministry during his sophomore year of college at Clearwater Christian College. He and his wife, Simona, have two daughters.
Jonathan trusted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at 19 years old during his freshman year of college. Outside of ministry, he enjoys traveling, watching and playing sports—especially pickleball—and spending time with his family.
Ben Ellis
Ben Ellis serves as the Pastor of Connections and Discipleship at Northcliffe Church. He helps people connect to the church through the First Impressions team and oversees the membership process under the guidance of the elders. He works closely with discipleship and community group leaders to create spaces where people grow in Christ through God’s Word and biblical community. He holds a BA in Theology, and a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Apologetics. His passion is walking alongside others as they step into who God has called them to be.
As a teenager, Ben realized salvation was not found in church affiliation but in personally trusting Christ. At 16, he surrendered his life to Jesus, discovering that Christ had finished the fight for his soul on the cross and beginning a relationship with God that now shapes every area of his life. Outside of ministry, Ben enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, cooking and sharing meals, and playing pickleball.

Children’s ministry is deeply personal to Erica, as she knows firsthand the lasting impact of adults who faithfully invest in a child’s spiritual foundation—especially in today’s culture. She and her husband, James, have four children.
Erica gave her life to Christ at eight years old and later rededicated her faith as a teenager, where she also met her husband. Outside of ministry, she enjoys homeschooling her children, gardening, planning creative events that bring people together, and creating welcoming spaces where others feel cared for.

In his free time, he enjoys watching classic television like The Andy Griffith Show, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, and reading.
Steve Camargo
Steve Camargo serves as the Communications & Production Manager at Northcliffe Church. He oversees the production team and leads the church’s website, social media, graphics, and marketing efforts, helping communicate the mission of the church both in-person and online. He and his wife, Ashley, look forward to starting their family in the years ahead.
