Be The Light: Las Vegas Mission Trip
Dates: October 6-14, 2026

God is opening a door for us to serve alongside our ministry partner, Your Church, in Las Vegas. They will be celebrating their two-year anniversary next October and our team will be helping them get the word out into the community and lead the celebration event! This trip blends bold outreach with acts of service—perfect for first-timers and seasoned missionaries alike.
- Neighborhood Block Party
Help lead a family-friendly event with music, games, food, and more. Our aim will be to do as much as we can to release the church members to engage with community guests. - Door Hanger Outreach & Prayer Walks
We will go into the community and place invites cards on doors while praying over homes and needs we see along the way. - Community Groups
We will participate in community groups that Your Church hosts during the week. \We may be asked to lead a devotional, pray, encourage leaders, etc. - Birthday Service
We will join them in celebrating the church’s birthday together! We’ll help host, serve, and worship as we point people to the gospel and the next step of belonging. - Set Up / Tear Down
We will serve their setup and tear down teams by helping unload, setup, tear down and load everything for their Sunday service.
If you can smile, serve, listen, pray, and show up—you’re ready. Families, students, retirees, first-time travelers—everyone can participate in this mission trip. *There will be some walking required while we do neighborhood canvasing. If you have a mobility concern, please talk to Pastor Jeff prior to signing up.

Nancy Self - Hope Beyond Our Grief
We’re proud to support Nancy Self who is on the board of Directors of Hope Beyond Our Grief! They offer Christian grief ministry training and grief care support curriculum for churches and individuals. The curriculum is written to comfort people who have lost their loved one, increase their knowledge of what God says about death and the hereafter, and eventually equip them to be an active partner in the church’s grief care team and provide hope.

Jack Diven - Church Planter
Jack is a previous student of Northcliffe and has answered the call of ministry! He and his wife Kayla are currently planting a church in Las Vegas called Your Church. We are proud to see one of our own go out to help plant other churches around the country. We are looking forward to see all the work God is doing through Jack as he continues to serve in church planting.
